From tomorrow on (6th June), investing in the Goleniów Industrial Park can be shorter by several weeks. Administrative decisions on development conditions will no longer be required, and after obtaining an environmental permit,
the investor will be able to apply for a building permit to the County.
At the end of April last year, the Polish government adopted the agricultural law which for almost a year prevented selling land in the Goleniów Industrial Park.
To make it possible, the local council had to adopt a master plan for Łozienica.
This actually took place during the April session of the council. Tomorrow, the Master Plan becomes effective.
