On 14th November, a tender was completed on purchasing plot no. 55/7
in the Goleniów Industrial Park. The new owner is a Goleniów based DRO-KOM Z.U.H. Grzegorz Mużyło.
DRO-KOM has been running its business in the Small Industrial Park in Goleniów. The company deals with forwarding and international transport. The same brand is used by Grzegorz Mużyło to run a district vehicle inspection station and a car workshop.
The plot of 1.89 ha at Boczna Street in Łozienica will be developed with a warehouse and production facility for lease. Designing should start next year. The investment is expected to attract local companies, since many of them have been looking
for additional warehouse space. The industrial facility may be a good offer for future investors considering the establishing of their business in a leased hall.
