Several days ago, Asprod, a bakery from Kliniska, received the title of the Baker of the Year – the most prestigious award in Poland given to bakeries. Their products were appreciated and awarded by the Polish Craft Bakers Association.
The association is an organisation of bakers and confectioners from all over Poland. Last weekend, during the Bread and Ginger Bread Holiday in Jaworzno (Lower Silesian Region), members of the association decided that the healthiest, the tastiest bread made to a traditional recipe in Poland was produced in our region. This particularly prestigious award, so important in the sector, crowned nearly 25 years of our hard work and confirmed that the direction taken by the company was right. We are glad that not only specialists but also customers appreciate our high quality products, since they know that traditionally made bread means not only a good taste but health as well, said Dariusz Bielecki, Deputy President of Board at Asprod, while receiving the award.
However, the company received more prestigious awards to be proud of. Last year, the Minister of Agriculture and Rural Development recognised Asprod products by granting Know Good Food certificates for foodstuffs of the highest quality.
