In a couple of weeks, a new road will be available for users in the Goleniów Industrial Park. Although the formal acceptance for the investment was granted last week, it still awaits an operation permit.
The project of “Building a road along the Jankowski Canal in the Goleniów Industrial Park” was completed within three months, from July until October this year. The total gross value of works, including a building design, was about PLN 2 m. The project delivered a road of 600 m in length, which will be used primarily by three companies: sia Abrasives (manufacturer of abrasive materials, Bosch Group), D&B Logistics (warehouse facilities for Dancoal, manufacturer of charcoal) and Krause (manufacturer of animal feed, currently in designing).
The main beneficiary, however, is the Municipality of Goleniów, since the road provides access to nine hectares of new municipal land designated for investment. Talks with a prospective investor interested in buying land in the vicinity are already in progress.
