It will become home for a company renovating wooden windows, including historical ones. The investor is MTS s.c., a Goleniów-based company.
Windows to undergo lifting in the company will come from all over Europe.
When the decision was made on establishing the company in the Goleniów Industrial Park, Magdalena and Tomasz Stencel, owners of the company, planned to focus
on the German market. The value of the investment is expected to exceed
half a million Polish zlotys and the company plans to employ ten people.
The project is going to be developed on plot 103/13 of 3.8 thousand m2 at Boczna Street. Today, a tender took place and in coming months the transaction will be finalised at the notary public.
