On Tuesday 11th July, the entire staff of sia Abrasives Polska Sp. z o.o. met
in the company premises to celebrate the first year of operation within
the Bosch Group. The event enjoyed sunny weather and positive mood
among employees.
Prize drawing was organized and those lucky ones could win Bosch electrical tools and various gadgets. Attendees enjoyed BBQ, and at the end of the feast they all danced together led by Elena Gasula Tortajada, the Director of Commercial Services.
Sia Abrasives Polska has been expanding their plant manufacturing abrasive materials at Prosta Street in the Goleniów Industrial Park. The implementation
of the investment started in January this year. The project proceeds on schedule.
In August, the company planned to start operating the manufacturing
and warehouse section. Office and staff facilities should be ready by the end
of September this year.
The extension of Goleniów-based sia Abrasives has been implemented by Strabag, and involves building a new manufacturing hall, high bay warehouse and auxiliary facilities, e.g. office building and staff rooms. The Project includes building roads neighbouring the facilities, including pavements and street lighting, and internal water and sewage networks and fire prevention systems.
